First and foremost many thanks to Jacqueline Chang Director of ESSENSUALS JLN Song Kuching for the invitation for a complimentary hair-do. Its been many month since i last step into ESSENSUALS @ Jln Song though.. hehehe

This visit is to have my hair re-style into a younger and a more sunshine summer look! My hair stylist:  Roger So this is my hair style before the application of new styling and coloring, All original n jungle-inspired look

Now there’s something worth mentioning here. My 1st time and 2nd time hairstyle are both done by roger and he is a really detail hairstylist. No photo to show but you’ll see what i mean as you scroll down this page. My hair’s condition was examined and then my head was sort of divided into grid or segment n from there narrow down to cutting and trimming if little bit at a time, might takes some time while the transformation is being done but infusing in the ambient after a long day work doesn’t really felt that long. After all, there’s a Chinese saying that “good things comes with a bit of patient”

After a while~ Tada~ 1st phase cutting done! but i do look like i’m wearing helmet… haha

Now’s the time to do some coloring, well initially Jaq and roger sugested the “brighter color” but i think i’ll be kill by my boss if i pull a surprise to the world…  so i decided to stay on the safe side and go for darker tone color…

I think the last time i color my hair was about 3 years ago… so its kind of hard for the color to be absorb by my hair, what they do is to make me look like a god by using the The USS Enterprise – Star Ship being bolted onto the wall and make it fly round my head… and this is how it goes…… eeemmmm~~ i is de god~

after the The USS Enterprise – Star Ship finished their 10 mins tour around my head, phase 2 of coloring is being applied

and waited for several mins later my hair is finally ready to be washed off!

aha~ not yet~ still a bit fine trimming here n there, remember i mentioned the level of detail roger pays attention to?

and~ ladies n gents~ i have 2 option to go with this hairstyle~

I’ll say option 1 looks a bit nerdy ae? so i’ll go for option 2. Why? twooo~ is better than one~~~ *tahahaha*

Well since its not so nice to sleep after dinner especially after such LATE dinner *or rather super early breakfast cz the dinner actually starts at 8 sumthing and pause for the talk n all and resume at 11…* from the Kuching Chinese General Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCGCCI) 120th Anniversary Dinner with Pehin at BCCK. So i decide to punch in a quickie~ WUHU!

well its an anniversary dinner so you’ll expect the lengthy talk by the main man of the state and so on. ENTERTAINMENT of course! are more eye catching~ apart from the 24 season drum team which dress up like harry potter’s theme color *hold on! at least harry has his gold specs! haha* anyway bunch of kids dress up in black and some tribal chalk-tatoo on both arms… well hello~ since when chinese like black especially cultural reps… hmmm anyway the performance was interesting but somehow the “24 season” essence isn’t much preserve anymore… hmm generation Y huh?

Well apart from that of course there are some very nice performance. Its the 1st time i see the World Class Harmonica Ensemble group of 4  Vincent Tan, Vinz Low, Mavis Yap and Owen Ho. and you know what? They’re from FROM SARAWAK! click on their name to check them out >>>MASTRO<<<

The last song – Can’t take my eye out of you was my favourite! and you know what?! my stupid Bold hang gei just few second from finish and the whole file corrupt!!! grrrrr *jf’s gonna point at me n laugh for this* so too bad cant share the video with you all.. but i gotta tell ya they won 3 time in International competition! Geng! Respect *salute*

Ok, FOOD well what i can say about the service tonight was bad… real bad… imagine after distributing every 1 with a bowl of soup and there’s still half bowl left in the bowl and the waiter didn’t even bother to ask if we still want the rest and took the bowl away… i though its part of the service but when i look around and the Big main bowl used to serve are all remaining on every other table… all i can say is the waiter is definitely newbie… take a look at this….

any guess what’s that??? let me tell ya, its a herbal chicken… how do this happen? the same waiter mash it n tear it n went away… seriously i have no idea how she get pass her training… or maybe she actually from the reception…

FINALLY Stevo’s back after a loooooooong lazy month not updating any post… hahaha

anyway here’s a little warm-up and having myself familiarize with the stuff n button to click on this screen…

Pass 2 weeks was Gawai where most people in my industry take a break as most of the worker head back to their respective kampung to have some good time celebrating their big day, so i gave myself a break for a gateway to KK

this time along i brought 2 new toys WUHU!

Saw this just the nite before i went KK at Spring, i like tuff n rugged stuff cuz i really is a heavy user. This bag caught my attention while i’m looking for sales item as usual when i walk pass Nike at Spring shopping mall. Its not too big and just the rite size for a gym bag, and as a travel bag for short trip. After taking the photos of the bag when i got home i googled for some review and found out it turn out quite positive, so i decided to bring it travel for the very 1st day with me.

Well i’m quite satisfy with it throughout the trip as under 10Kg of packed stuff doesn’t do any physical damage to it. i’ve to say the wide padded shoulder strap is my favorite feature as it doesn’t create shoulder pain for my day 1 nite time chaos in KK (you’ll know what happen next post)

the 2nd toy is the STYLUS TOUGH-8000 which i borrowed from my mom. I have to say other than the super rugged so call “µTough” outer shell of the camera, i dislike the speed (startup, time taken to save picture), the picture quality, battery life, focus speed and also macro shot…. well basically other than the handy dial button to select different shooting mode and the tough shell, all the function its not as good compare to my gud old 2005 Casio Exilim EX-Z500. That makes me wonder what’re the engineer in Olympus doing for all these year… improving only the tough casing n seals? hmm… anyway you shall see from yourself for the picture taken from the µTough 8000. There’s a difference on what’s written on the marketing paper n glossy brochure of this piece of polished brick..

In conjunction of The Privilege book BodyCombat roadshow was throw in at Spring last weekend

Its really fun to get dress-up and sweat in front of patrons of the shopping mall doing what we use to do back in the studio.

It’s a fun thrilling experience especially through half the session where u can feel your shoulder sore but thinking might not look good if u stop half way and so u keep pushin n shouting and this is how I look like~ (thanks Cherlyn for the foto! Hehe)

And Look Every1’s still so energetic to JUMP for Group foto after the session! It’s a AWESOME experience!

It was last week on a tired day after work… received a message from Kenny asking am I going for class… I ponder a while with my jammed brain and OH YA! Just remembered that I’d promised to go for a “Special Theme” BC class! Immediately rush there although I’m 25 mins late hehe

Along the class I din notice anything unusual till the end of the class we’re all asked to stay back

He brought 2 paper bags in front and start speaking history of the gym and I was looking at Barbara with puzzle expression and thinking … Hmmm.. Something’s coming ~

Weeks Ago I receive my 1^st “RED BOMB” its my officially very 1^st Wedding invitation from my high school group.

So here it is~ 1^st invited wedding dinner among my class which I attend yesterday night

Yup! DURIAN ICE It taste like fresh durian being blended with ice, so technically Durian Ice’s the word for it.. I wonder do they supply this throughout the year.. but durian lovers out there have gotta try this!

and as usual all the “healthy” food to pemper ourselves: Durian Ice! new and nice; belacan beehoon…mmm so so la.. too watery for me; rojak nice with the crispy yeu ja kueh *yum!*; kangkong sotong.. ok la~

Just came back from Star Cineplex and watched SHERLOCK HOLMES and guess what? Its a GREAT MOVIE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I personally like the depth of the movie which is just nice~ Da Vinci Code couple of years ago was also great but maybe i don’t read the book and that might be the reason that i cant fully understand when i watch it once.. Contrary in SHERLOCK HOLMES.. thinking phase is there and so as the puzzle explain in the later part so whole story is very much understandable, and towards the end if you’re “sherlock holmes” enough u sud know that there’s definately gonna be a Sherlock Holmes 2 coming!! WUHU!! cant wait to watch the 2nd one! but for now gotta head to bed, NITEZ PPL!
